Unused product may be returned, for a store credit, within 10 days from the date of purchase.
A credit will be given for any defective product returned 30 days from date of purchase. Defect must be due to normal and reasonable use. i.e: a zipper splitting from stress, due to overstuffing a purse, is not covered.
